Born on March 1, 1969, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Anu Garg, a trailblazing IAS officer from the 1991 batch, pursued her academic journey with an M.A. in Sociology and holds esteemed credentials from institutions like LSR and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
