He will take policy decisions related to the authority. Let us tell you that Manoj Kumar Singh has many important responsibilities in Uttar Pradesh government. He is the Agricultural Production Commissioner of the state. There is also the Industrial Development Commissioner of the state.

He is an IAS officer of the year 1989 batch under Uttar Pradesh. He was posted as District Magistrate for the first time in Gautam Buddha Nagar from 2 December 1997 to 10 April 1998. After this, the second posting was as Chief Executive Officer in Greater Noida Development Authority. Then worked for a short period from 25 April 2010 to 5 July 2010.
