In the video, a young Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer is making his Guruji sit on the official chair. They honor them by wearing a shawl and then stand with folded hands and talk. DM Lakshya Singhal is embroiled in controversies after the video surfaced. Soon after the video went viral, the Revenue Department took cognizance of the matter and sought a reply from Singhal.
