UP IAS Transfer: To speed up the administrative work, the Uttar Pradesh government has issued a long list of transfer of officers. Within the last two days, transfers of IAS officers have taken place on a bumper scale in UP. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has transferred 25 IAS officers here and there during the last 48 hours. On Sunday morning, the list of transfers of several officers was shared in the public domain. According to the new list, some more IAS officers have been posted on new posts. Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner Dr. Nitin Gaur has been made VC of Pilkhua Hapur Development Authority. Vikramaditya Singh Malik, posted as Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Ghaziabad, has been made the new Municipal Commissioner of Ghaziabad. Special Secretary Public Works Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi has been made ACEO of Greater Noida Authority.
12 IAS officers were transferred by the government on Friday. Among them, IAS Alok Singh has been made DM of Kanpur Dehat. Kanpur Dehat DM Neha Jain has been made Special Secretary IT Electronics and MD. Rahul Pandey has been made DM of Hamirpur and Shailendra Kumar of Mathura. After this, some amendments were made on Saturday and transfers of some officers were changed. IAS Ankit Agarwal’s district has changed.
In place of Rampur DM, now Ankit Agarwal has been made DM of Bijnor. Ravindra Kumar Mandar will continue on the post of DM of Rampur. IAS Navneet Singh Chahal has been sent to the post of Prayagraj DM. Bhanuchandra Goswami has been made the DM of Agra. Dr. Chandra Bhushan Tripathi has been made Special Secretary Forest and Environment from DM Hamirpur. Sanjay Khatri, who was the DM of Prayagraj district, has been sent to the post of ACEO Noida Development Authority. Mathura DM Pulkit Khare has been made CEO UPRRDA.
The 6 districts whose DMs have been changed by the government on Saturday night. They include DMs of Agra, Prayagraj, Mathura, Moradabad, Hamirpur and Mahoba. Manvendra Singh, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Noida, has been sent to the post of DM Moradabad. DM Moradabad Shailendra Kumar Singh has been made DM Mathura. Rahul Pandey, Special Secretary, Sugar Industry, has been given the responsibility of DM Hamirpur. Mridul Chaudhary, Project Administrator, Greater Sharda Assistant has been made DM Mahoba.
DM Mahoba Manoj Kumar Singh has been sent to the post of Special Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department. Agra DM Navneet Singh Chahal has been made DM Prayagraj. Bhanuchandra Goswami, Chief Executive Officer, Road Development Authority has been made DM Agra from Lucknow. Umesh Mishra (IAS 2012) DM Bijnor has been sent to Kushinagar. Mahendra Singh Tanwar (IAS 2015) VC Gorakhpur Development Authority has been made DM Santakbir Nagar. Divya Mittal (IAS 2013) DM Mirzapur has been made DM Basti.
IAS Alok Singh has been made DM of Kanpur Dehat. Neha Jain (IAS 2014) has been made DM, Kanpur Dehat, Special Secretary, IT Electronics and MD. Apart from this, Ramesh Ranjan has been given the responsibility of Additional Commissioner Sugarcane Department. Three senior IAS officers have been transferred in the morning. ACS Backward Classes and Social Welfare Commissioner Hemanta Rao of 1987 batch has been made the Chairman of the Revenue Board. Hemanta Rao is retiring in February 2024 next year.
Subhash Chandra Sharma has been made Principal Secretary Backward Class Welfare. Narendra Bhushan has been posted as Principal Secretary, Department of Science and Technology.
