Anurag, who was doing well in studies, could not bear to change the medium and failed in the pre-board exam. After this, there were less marks in the board exam also.
Bureaucrats Magazine –After passing 12th, Anurag took admission in Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University for graduation in Economics. Anurag did not feel like staying away from home in Delhi. As a result, he failed in many subjects in graduation. However, the family members explained to him and then he also agreed to it. After this, after graduation, I also did post graduation.

Bureaucrats Magazine –Anurag Kumar once again gave the UPSC Civil Services Exam in the year 2018. He not only cleared the second attempt but also improved his rank tremendously. He became IAS by securing 48th All India rank in UPSC 2018. In this way Anurag fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS. He is an officer of Bihar cadre. Presently he is the Deputy Urban Development Commissioner (DDC) of Bhagalpur.
