The government has constituted a committee to investigate the allegations of harassment of a woman officer against senior IAS officer Rajneesh Dubey. According to the order issued by the Appointment Department, Additional Chief Secretary Minority Welfare and Muslim Waqf Monica S. The committee formed under the chairmanship of Garg will investigate the entire matter and submit its report to the government. Let us tell you that 1988 batch IAS Rajneesh Dubey is currently posted as Additional Chief Secretary in the Animal Husbandry Department.

The case has been named and is of the year 2021 when Rajneesh Dubey was #ACS Urban Development Department, a female officer of the same department has complained of harassment against him!! The court has asked to conduct investigation and submit report within 2 months.

Thereafter, the woman officer approached the Supreme Court, after which the court said in the order issued on 22 September 2023 that senior woman IAS Monica S. An inquiry committee should be constituted under the chairmanship of Garg and the report should be submitted within two months.
After this order of the apex court, the government arrested Monica S. on November 3. Garg has been named the Chairman of the Internal Complaints Committee constituted under the provisions of “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013”.
