Bureaucrats Magazine – The matter of detention of UP Secretary Finance SMA Rizvi and Special Secretary Finance Saryu Prasad Mishra has reached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has stayed the order of Allahabad High Court. The High Court had directed to take both the officers into custody.
Bureaucrats Magazine – UP Secretary Finance SMA Rizvi and Special Secretary Finance Saryu Prasad Mishra have got relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has stayed the order of Allahabad High Court, in which instructions were given to take the two officers into custody. The Supreme Court has directed the immediate release of Shahid Manjar and Saryu Prasad. Apart from this, the court has agreed to list the case for hearing on Friday.
Bureaucrats Magazine – Actually, this matter is related to domestic servants for retired judges of High Court and Supreme Court. The High Court had directed the State Government to immediately implement the Chief Justice’s proposed rule regarding increasing the facilities including domestic servants of retired Supreme Court judges. Also, the previous government order issued in this regard on July 3, 2018 should be superseded and an appropriate order should be issued. Following the proposal sent by the High Court, the Finance Department should give approval within a week.
