Bureaucrats Magazine – Breaking News- Shri Mahesh Kumar Gupta IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1997) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Governor, Uttar Pradesh , has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary , Energy Deptt, Govt. of UP and Non-Conventional Energy.
Mahesh Kumar Gupta is an IAS officer from Uttar Pradesh. He was born on May 3, 1964 in Pratapgarh. He joined the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers in March 1987 and the IAS in August 1987.
Gupta is currently the Principal Secretary of Industrial Development for the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He is also the Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman of Additional Sources of Energy.

Manish Kakkar was appointed as observer by the Olympic Association and Ajay Sethi was appointed by the Sports Department. In this election, senior vice presidents Vivek Bansal, Shriprakash Chandra, Saif Ali Naqvi, Dr. Ashok Raina, Mohammad Saadi Zama have been made. Whereas Ajit Kumar Singh, Farhat Baig, Humayun Naeem Khan, Shah Faisal, Anand Singh, Rani Awasthi were made vice presidents. Munawwar Anzar Ali Siddiqui again became the General Secretary. Ayesha Munawwar became the CEO of the association.
