The most powerful bureaucrat of Yogi government met his Guruji i.e. former college professor after a long time in the capital of the southern state. DS Mishra told that the then professor of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, V. Rajaraman, had advised him to serve the country instead of going abroad.
