The final results of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination have been announced today, bringing joy to Bikaner. Khushhali Solanki, the daughter of Rajesh Solanki and Sangeeta Solanki, both XENs based in Bikaner, has secured the 61st rank in the prestigious UPSC exam.
Following Khushhali Solanki’s selection, there was an outpouring of congratulations from friends, family, and well-wishers. State Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma also spoke with Khushhali and her father, Rajesh Solanki, over the phone to extend his congratulations.
In the overall results, Aditya Srivastava secured the top position, claiming the first rank in the UPSC exam. Animesh Pradhan achieved second place, while Donuru Ananya Reddy took the third position in the top three rankings.
A total of 180 candidates have been selected for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in these UPSC examinations. Additionally, 200 candidates have been chosen for the Indian Police Service (IPS), and 37 candidates have been selected for the Indian Foreign Service (IFS). Through these examinations, 613 candidates have been appointed to various Grade A posts within the Central Government. Furthermore, 113 candidates have been selected for Grade B posts.
Let us also inform you that the UPSC exam for civil services consists of three stages: Prelims, Mains, and the Personality Test (Interview). According to UPSC, this year the interview process concluded on 9 April 2024. Interviews for IAS started on 4 January and continued until 9 April. A total of over 2,800 candidates appeared in the interviews conducted across various stages. Following this extensive process, the names and roll numbers of the candidates selected for Civil Services (IAS, IFS, IPS, and other central posts) have been released according to their rank.
