He directed the higher officials to ensure that the under construction medical colleges are completed with quality and within the contractual deadline so that the medical education academic session can be started in the 14 medical colleges of Phase-3 from the coming session.He has given instructions to speed up the construction of nursing colleges. Along with this, he said that nursing colleges should be built near medical colleges.

Health services should be further improved in the religious place districts of the state so that the tourists, devotees and local people visiting there can get better health facilities.

He said that CSC, PSC and Health Wellness Centers should be operated with full capacity. Adequate stock of essential medicines should be ensured. In view of the increasing cold in the state, necessary arrangements should be made in all the hospitals. Appropriate arrangements should be made for the patients coming to the hospitals as well as their relatives.
