Bureaucrats Magazine – During Valentine’s Week, love and its expression are being discussed everywhere. Love couples have either been formed or are about to be formed. In such a romantic atmosphere, we are talking about some of those IAS-IPS officers of the country, who came for training but found their life partners. Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, located in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, not only gave promising officers to the country, but also became a witness to love stories.

Bureaucrats Magazine – Met in LBSNAA, married after becoming an officer, one is IAS and the other is IPS…LBSNAA i.e. training factory for IAS, IPS, IFS officers located in Mussoorie. Every UPSC aspirant dreams of going here. Along with the training of officers, pairs have also started being formed in LBSNAA. Actually, while spending a long time together for training, they become friends with each other and then it turns into love. Something similar happened with IAS Soumya Sharma and IPS Archit Chandak IPS.

Bureaucrats Magazine – Soumya Sharma is an IAS officer of 2018 batch. Whereas, her husband Archit Chandak is an IPS officer of the same batch. At present both are posted in Nagpur, Maharashtra. IAS Saumya Sharma is the CEO of Nagpur Zilla Parishad (Saumya Sharma IAS Current Posting) and IPS Archit Chandak is on the post of DCP in Nagpur.

Saumya Sharma IAS . The life of IAS Saumya Sharma has been quite challenging. Soumya, a resident of Delhi, has done law from National Law School. At the age of 16, Soumya Sharma lost her hearing power in an accident. She listens with the help of hearing aid. Saumya Sharma had secured 9th rank in the UPSC examination held in the year 2017 (IAS Saumya Sharma Rank). He had only 4 months time to prepare for the government job.

Archit Chandak IPS Biography: Archit Chandak has taken a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. During internship, a Japanese company had offered him a job with a salary of Rs 35 lakh. But he had made up his mind to join administrative service. That’s why he rejected that offer. In 2017, even before the UPSC exam, he became an IPS officer with 184th rank in the attempt. He is also an internationally rated chess player.
