Bureaucrats Magazine –Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has ordered to issue non-bailable warrant against Deepak Kumar, Principal Secretary of Basic Education Department, in a contempt case. Fixing April 10 for the next hearing of the case, the court has also directed departmental secretary Pratap Singh Baghel and director Sudha Singh to be present in the court during the hearing. This order was passed by a single bench of Justice Irshad Ali while hearing the petition of Recognized Teachers Association and others.
