Prakhar Kumar Singh is an IAS officer from Uttar Pradesh. In 2020, he secured the 29th rank in the UPSC Civil Services exam in his second attempt. He is the son of Inspector Kedar Singh, who is posted at the CRPF Group Center in Rampur. As of December 2023, Singh is a Joint Magistrate in Azamgarh.
