2010 batch IAS officer: 2010 batch IAS officer Neha Sharma may take charge on Sunday. She became SDM Sadar here on August 8, 2013 and remained on this post till February 18, 2014. During this, Neha canceled many leases of land done wrongly. Action was also taken against the culprits.
It will be the responsibility to take forward the pending works: Visakh ji Iyer took over as DM on 23 September 2021. He did many big things in a short span of time. He showed readiness to solve the problem of exchange of land of mega leather cluster and sent the proposal to the government. Similarly, he made constant efforts for the expansion of Chakeri Airport. Continuous monitoring meetings were held. In order to remove the obstacles coming in the widening of GT Road from IIT to Kannauj, camps should be organized in the villages to fill the forms for distribution of compensation. The game of arbitrary cutting of roads in the city was also stopped. It was decided that only after the NOC of ADM City, any department would dig a road. The contractor was also sued for digging the road without permission. Now it will be the responsibility of Neha Sharma to take these works forward.
