“Uttar Pradesh Shuffles 13 IAS Officers, Minishti S Takes Charge as Finance Secretary”

In a notable bureaucratic shake-up, the Uttar Pradesh government has reassigned 13 IAS officers. Minishti S takes the helm as Secretary of the Finance Department, while Anita Yadav, formerly Vice-Chairperson of the Agra Development Authority and Regional Food Controller, has been placed on standby. K Vijayendra Pandian, previously awaiting a posting, now assumes the role of Commissioner and Director of Industries, Handloom, and Textiles, among other critical positions.

Annapurna Garg, formerly ACEO of Greater Noida, has been named Special Secretary in the Appointment and Personnel Department. M Arumamoli, the outgoing CDO of Gonda, steps in as Vice-Chairperson of the Agra Development Authority, and Akanksha Rana, previously CDO of Aligarh and Regional Food Controller, is now the Special Officer for the Kumbh Mela Authority.

In other significant moves, Ramya R, CDO of Bahraich, has been appointed Special Secretary in the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department. Mukesh Chandra, who served as Joint Managing Director of the Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Sugar Mills Federation, now takes over as CDO of Bahraich. Ankita Jain, Joint Magistrate of Kushinagar, is the new CDO of Gonda. Simultaneously, Navneet Sehara, CDO of Pratapgarh, has been assigned as Joint Managing Director of the Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Sugar Mills Federation Limited. Arvind Singh, previously awaiting posting, is now Additional Land Management Commissioner, Revenue Council. Dr. Divya Mishra, Joint Magistrate of Bulandshahr, will serve as CDO of Pratapgarh, while Prakhar Kumar Singh, Joint Magistrate of Kanpur Nagar, has been appointed CDO of Aligarh.
