<p>Mayur Maheshwari, an IAS officer from the 2003 batch, began his career on September 1, 2003. A Native of <strong>Aligarh</strong>, Uttar Pradesh, and a B.Tech graduate, he has steadily climbed the administrative ladder through various critical assignments across the state.</p>



<p>Starting as Joint <strong>Magistrate &amp; Collector in Kaushambi</strong> and <strong>Prayagraj</strong>, Maheshwari quickly moved on to become Chief Development Officer in <strong>Prayagraj</strong>. His role as District Magistrate &amp; Collector took him to several districts, including <strong>Ballia, Azamgarh, Bagpat, Kanpur Dehat,</strong> and <strong>Badaun</strong>, showcasing his expertise in district administration.</p>



<p>He later served as Special Secretary in multiple departments of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, including Irrigation and <strong>Medical &amp; Health</strong>, and also held the post of Project Director, UPHSDP. His experience was further enriched with his tenure in the <strong>Prime Minister&#8217;s Office (PMO) in New Delhi,</strong> first as Deputy Secretary and then as Director.</p>



<p>Returning to Uttar Pradesh, Maheshwari took on leadership roles as CEO of <strong>UPSIDC, </strong>Managing Director of the Financial Corporation, and Incharge of the NRI Cell. Currently, he is serving as the <strong>CEO of UPSIDC,</strong> Incharge of the <strong>NRI Cell, and CEO of LIDA in Kanpur Nagar</strong>, a role he has held since September 2021, continuing to contribute significantly to the state&#8217;s development.</p>
