<p>Mr. Mohammad Mustafa, a 1995-batch IAS officer, who currently serves as the Principal Secretary in the Public Enterprise Department, has applied for voluntary retirement due to personal reasons. Previously, Mr. Mustafa had been repatriated to his home cadre of Uttar Pradesh after an extended period of central deputation. In August 2020, he was appointed as Labour Commissioner.</p>
